Meet The New TempuRamen from Tenya...

You asked for it, you got it...

Finally, you can enjoy a comforting bowl of ramen paired with Tenya's signature tempura combining two iconic Japanese favorites in one meal. Tenya, Japan's #1 Tempura Tendon, starts the new year with a promise fulfilled. Meet the new TempuRamen from Tenya...

Since it opened back in 2015, customers have repeatedly asked for ramen at Tenya. And Tenya listened. Now, diners can enjoy Tenya's signature tempura tendon with a bowl of ramen for a flavorful pairing and a satisfying dining experience at Japan's leading tempura tendon chain. Start your meal with a soothing beverage with the new Tenya Coolers (P 105) in refreshing flavors like Pink Guava, Salted Lime, and Mango. You can also enjoy the Cranberry Grape Cooler (P 115), one of Tenya's seasonal holiday beverages available only for a limited time. Like all of Tenya's signature tendon, the dishes are prepared to order so you get it fresh and hot. A few more refreshing sips, and the new TempuRamen was served...

A complete meal in itself, Tenya's new TempuRamen (P 295) includes bowl of soft yet firm wheat flour noodles in a rich tonkotsu broth topped with soft-boiled egg, corn and savory ground pork sauteed in Tenya's original don tare sauce for that mildly sweet finish. The Japanese Spicy Garlic Sauce adds that flavorful kick to the broth with a whisper of soothing heat. To complete the meal, your bowl of ramen comes with Tenya's light-battered and crisp black tiger prawn, eggplant and green beans tempura adding both flavor and crunch to your meal. You also have the option to upgrade your TempuRamen with two pieces of black tiger prawns for only P 365.

The milky and creamy tonkotsu broth has that comforting richness that lines your palate with every sip, capped by even more layers of flavor from the egg and ground pork. The corn adds that hint of sweetness to temper the mildly salty notes of the ramen for balanced flavors. The meal combines contrasting textures with the black tiger prawn, eggplant and green beans draped in the lightly-crisp batter for a delectable crunch. Ramen and tempura? That's a winning deal.

Tenya's Niku Soba (P 225) is another hearty option with hot soba in tsuyu sauce topped with buta slices for equally rich flavors. Now you can indulge in your tempura tendon cravings paired with bowl of ramen, that's more than enough reasons to stop by Tenya for the new TempuRamen...

Tempura Tendon Tenya is located at Level 4, Building A, SM Megamall, EDSA corner Dona Julia Vargas Avenue, Mandaluyong City.
